Belonging to the Cofersa family means being part of a hardware store with more than 35 years of experience in the Costa Rican market. We are part of an organization with a presence in Venezuela, Colombia and Costa Rica, and with activities in three different branches: spare parts, hardware and home products. 

We are Mayoreo, and as an organization, our origins date back to 1959, in Venezuela, with the founding of the marketing company Becoblohm Valencia, a company focused on the marketing of various products: fruits, groceries, liquors, among others. Later, Cofersa began its operations in 1989, in the city of San José, Costa Rica, focused on the marketing of national and imported brands of hardware and construction materials. In 2010, the company renewed its commercial strategy to join Mayoreo, beginning a new chapter of internationalization of its operations. 

As part of Mayoreo, Cofersa continues its process of evolution and consolidation in the hardware market in Costa Rica, with the support of an organization with extensive commercial experience, with the knowledge and agility of local and international trade and with a human team, trained and committed to achieving its objectives and that of our clients.
